Feature:

1. Five Axis Gantry Machining Center LHW-D5 Adopts moving beam and moving column gantry frame structure, the movement is more stable, improves the machining rigidity of machine tools.

2. Suitable for processing of all kinds of aluminium, copper, PVC, industrial profiles and other complex parts, it can achieve to once clamp the workpiece, automatically complete the milling, drilling, tapping (flexible) and other multi-process processing.

3. Adopts imported well-known brands and easy to operate high-end CNC control system, Germany Siemens or Italy’s OSAI.

4. Adopts high-quality imported servo motor, ball screw, linear guide, bearings and other components, so as to ensure that the equipment has a high processing accuracy. High stability and reliability. The feeding movement is pre-stretched to ensure the stability of the machining accuracy.

5. Adopts imported five-axis milling head, can complete the processing at any angle in all surfaces except the bottom. Carrousel type tool magazine, automatic tool change.

6. Adopts quantitative timing central centralized automatic feeding lubrication, so as to ensure the stability of the machine tool accuracy.

7. Adopts pneumatic clamping worktable, improving the loading and unloading speed. Optional T-type worktable.

8. Adopts imported Renishaw interferometer detection, so as to compensate the accuracy of the machine.
