BOLERO 5
5 axis CNC machining center designed for aluminum, steel, light alloys and PVC processing. Bolero 5 has a heavily ribbed electro-welded steel basement with upright bridge type gantry assembly. Thanks to its strength and stability, it guarantees high quality machining and long-lasting reliability. The operator group is equipped with an electrospindle 17 kW (S6) with HKS 63F taper that guarantees a strong tool-spindle coupling. The maximum rotation speed is 24.000 rpm, with regulation by static inverter. Bolero 5 has an automatic tool change system with a 12-position magazine. The working plan is equipped with 8 motorized clamps with automatic positioning controlled by CN. X axis stroke reaches 7.000 mm (optional extension to 9.400 mm total). Pendulum machining is available (optional). Operator’s interface on PC-Windows with 17” color screen. The machine is equipped as standard with safety and protection devices in compliance with EC regulations.
